We do not accept returns including the following: Original paintings, prints and custom paintings. We understand that certain issues may arise in the shipment of the painting or print. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged from shipping, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately at emilygallegos.art@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost.
